The MKIV carries on the legacy of the WE SAS Pack of the 80’s designed from the ground up with Long Range Patrolling as its primary spec. The original WE SAS pack was purposed designed by and for the Australian SASR and soon became a highly sought after pack across the whole army.

The MKIV embodies everything we have learnt over three decades. The DG Frame allows adjustment of both harness and back length adjustment whilst the active frame allows full movement gait impingement or brachial plexus compression.

The MK IV lives true to the Crossfire ethos of ‘Innovation not replication’

Story of the Crossfire MKIV

The MKIV is a 110 L pack including a 23 L sleeping bag stuff compartment at the bottom. It features four external top opening pouches ( two being removable). The top lid has a removable stow pouch that allow it to be used as stow/GP pouch. The DG Frame set provides the support and robustness you expect from a Crossfire product

Learn How to Properly Fit the DG Harness

You can download a PDF of our DG Harness Manual. It explains how to properly fit the harness for maximum performance, load-bearing and comfort. A web version is also available if needed.
